Chapter Leadership Summit (10 points)
- How to earn points:
- 10 points for having Chapter President, Chapter Executive Board, and an Advisor in attendance. Attendance is mandatory for the incoming chapter President.
- 5 points for only partial attendance of Chapter President, Chapter Executive Board, and/or an Advisor.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not have representation at the retreat.
- Due Date: Chapter Leadership Summit is held in the late fall semester.
- How to Submit: OFSL will track attendance
Certified Peer Educator (CPE) Training (10 points per member)
- How to earn points:
- 10 points awarded per member completing CPE Training.
- Due Date: December 1, reach out to Jamie Methvin, jmethvin@saffairs.msstate.edu, for training dates.
- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at CPE Training.
Bystander Intervention Workshop (6 points)
- How to earn points:
- 6 points for having > 90% mandatory attendance at the Bystander Intervention Workshop.
- 5 points for having 80-89% of members total in attendance.
- 4 points for having less than 80% of members total in attendance.
- 3 points for having 50-80% of members total in attendance.
- 0 points for <50% attendance or if a chapter does not hold a Bystander Intervention Workshop.
- Due Date: Bystander Intervention Workshops are facilitated by FSL Well-Being Team members and take place in the beginning of the fall semester.
- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at workshops.
FSL-Sponsored Programs (4 points per program)
- Including Alliance Project, Alcohol Skills Training Program, and other FSL programs facilitated by the FSL Well-Being Team/Peer Educators.
- How to earn points:

- 4 points for having 90-100% of members total in attendance.
- 3 points for having 80-89% of members total in attendance.
- 2 points for having 70-79% of members total in attendance.
- 1 point for having less than 70% of members total in attendance.
- 0 points if a chapter's members do not host an Alliance Project Workshop

- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at programs.

Pan/IFC New Member Experience Class/NPHC/MGC New Member Retreat (10 points)
- How to earn points:
- Points are awarded based on the percentage of new members that complete (attend all sessions) the class/retreat:
- 10 points: 100%
- 8 points: 90-99.9%
- 6 points: 80-89.9%
- 4 points: 70-79.9%
- 0 points: 0- 69.9%
- Due Date: End of the New Member Experience Class/Retreat & any make-up classes
- How to Submit: OFSL will track attendance
- Points are awarded based on the percentage of new members that complete (attend all sessions) the class/retreat:
MSU Hazing Compliance Forms (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 4 points for the on-time submission of MSU Hazing Compliance form by 100% of the chapter.
- 1 point for late submissions by 100% of the chapter.
- 0 points for submissions by less than 100% of the chapter.
- Due Date: Two weeks after joining the chapter
- How to Submit: Student’s Banner Account
Individual Chapter Programming:
- Chapter Programming (1 point per program)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that has at least 80% of its members attend programs, such as a risk management, mental health, event monitor, or other chapter programming.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete or submit proof of programming.
- Cross-Council Programming (5 point per program)
- 5 points will be given to a chapter that participates in a program/event hosted by that chapter and another chapter from one of the other three councils within the community (i.e. Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, or Panhellenic Council). These events/programs must be alcohol-free.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete a program or event with a chapter from another council or submit proof of programming.
- How to earn points:
- Points are awarded based on the completion and proof of the event.
- Chapters will submit proof of the event and attendance of the event.
- Note: Organizations are allowed and encouraged to complete multiple programs with one event. For example, if an organization co-sponsors a risk management program with an organization from another council and Office of Student Well-Being, this would satisfy the ‘Risk Management Program,’ ‘Program with another department,’ and ‘Program with a chapter from another council’ events.
- Note: all events must be alcohol-free events.
- Chapters can be awarded up to 5 additional points for extra programming.
- Due Date: Ongoing until December 1
