Chapter Leadership Summit (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 4 points for having Chapter President, Chapter Executive Board, and an Advisor in attendance. Attendance is mandatory for the incoming chapter President.
- 2 points for only partial attendance of Chapter President, Chapter Executive Board, and/or an Advisor
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not have representation at the retreat.
- Due Date: President & Advisor Retreat is held in late January
- How to Submit: OFSL will track attendance
Bystander Intervention Workshop (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 4 points for having mandatory attendance (100% of new members) at the Bystander Intervention Workshop.
- 3 points for having 90-99% of new members total in attendance.
- 2 points for having 80-89% of new members total in attendance.
- 1 point for having less than 80% of new members total in attendance.
- 0 points if a chapter's new members do not attend a Bystander Intervention Workshop
- Due Date: Bystander Intervention Workshops take place in the beginning of the fall semester
- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at workshops.
Alcohol Skills Training Programs Workshop (ASTP) (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 4 points for having 90-100% of members total in attendance.
- 3 points for having 80-89% of members total in attendance.
- 2 points for having 70-79% of members total in attendance.
- 1 point for having less than 70% of members total in attendance.
- 0 points if a chapter's members do not host an ASTP Workshop
- Due Date: November 1, reach out to Jamie Methvin, jmethvin@saffairs.msstate.edu, to schedule an ASTP Workshop
- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at workshops.
Alliance Project (4 points)
- How to earn points:

- 4 points for having 90-100% of members total in attendance.
- 3 points for having 80-89% of members total in attendance.
- 2 points for having 70-79% of members total in attendance.
- 1 point for having less than 70% of members total in attendance.
- 0 points if a chapter's members do not host an Alliance Project Workshop
- Due Date: November 1, reach out to Jamie Methvin, jmethvin@saffairs.msstate.edu, to schedule an Alliance Project Workshop
- How to Submit: Attendance will be collected at workshops.

Pan/IFC New Member Experience Class/NPHC/MGC New Member Retreat (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- Points are awarded based on the percentage of new members that complete (attend all sessions) the class/retreat:
- 4 points: 100%
- 3 points: 90-99.9%
- 2 points: 80-89.9%
- 1 point: 70-79.9%
- 0 points: 0- 69.9%
- Due Date: End of the New Member Experience Class/Retreat & any make-up classes
- How to Submit: OFSL will track attendance
- Points are awarded based on the percentage of new members that complete (attend all sessions) the class/retreat:
FSL Sponsored Events (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- Mandatory attendance per chapter is as follows:
- <80 members- at least 2 chapter members
- >80 members- at least 4 chapter members
- 2 points are awarded for each semester, for a total of 4 possible points per year.
- If mandatory attendance is not met for events, a chapter can earn 1 point per semester for having partial attendance.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not have representation at FSL Ed Nights.
- Mandatory attendance per chapter is as follows:
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1
- How to Submit: Attendance with Cowbell Connect Check-In
MSU Hazing Compliance Forms (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 4 points for the on-time submission of MSU Hazing Compliance form by 100% of the chapter.
- 1 point for late submissions by 100% of the chapter.
- 0 points for submissions by less than 100% of the chapter.
- Due Date: Two weeks after joining the chapter
- How to Submit: Student’s Banner Account
Individual Chapter Programming:
- Risk Management Program (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that has at least 80% of its members complete a Risk Management Program, such as an anti-hazing program.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete a Risk Management Program.
- Inclusion Program (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that has at least 80% of its members complete an inclusion program.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete an Inclusion Program.
- Mental Health & Well-Being Programming (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that has at least 80% of its members complete a Mental Health Program.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete a Mental Health Program.
- Event Monitor Training Program (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that has at least 80% of its members complete an Event Monitor/Sober Monitor Training Program.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete an Event Monitor/Sober Monitor Training Program.
- Program with another on-campus student organization, department, or office (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that participates in or co-hosts a program or event with another non-Greek student organization, department, or office.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete a program or event with another student org, department, or office.
- Program with a chapter from another council (1 point)
- 1 point will be given to a chapter that participates in a program/event hosted by that chapter and another chapter from one of the other three councils within the community (i.e. Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, or Panhellenic Council). These events/programs must be alcohol-free.
- 0 points are given if a chapter does not complete a program or event with a chapter from another council.
- How to earn points:
- Points are awarded based on the completion and proof of the event.
- Chapters will submit proof of the event and attendance of the event.
- Note: Organizations are allowed and encouraged to complete multiple programs with one event. For example, if an organization co-sponsors a risk management program with an organization from another council and Office of Student Well-Being, this would satisfy the ‘Risk Management Program,’ ‘Program with another department,’ and ‘Program with a chapter from another council’ events
- Note: all events must be alcohol-free events.
- Chapters can be awarded up to 5 additional points for extra programming.
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1
