Chapter Management
Cowbell Connect Event Registration (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 2 points per semester for on-time registration of all chapter events in Cowbell Connect (at least 7 days prior to the event)
- 1 point per semester for any late submission(s) of all chapter events in Cowbell Connect (less than 7 days prior to the event)
- 0 points per semester for any late submission(s) or hosting an event that is not registered in Cowbell Connect
- Note: All social, philanthropy, new member presentations, etc. events must be registered in Cowbell Connect.
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1

Roster Submission (4 points)
- How to earn points:
- 1 point for every on-time roster submission, at the beginning and end of each semester.
- 0 points for every late submission
- Due Date: Rosters are due at the start and end of each semester, refer to OFSL calendar
- How to Submit: Email to FSL Staff Member
Chapter Officer Transition Form (2 points)
- How to earn points:
- 2 points for on-time submission of up-to-date officers after elections have been completed (within 7 days)
- 1 point for late submissions (within 14 days of elections)
- 0 points for late submissions (after 15 days) or out-of-date chapter officer information
- Due Date: Within 7 days of individual chapter elections

Advisor Contact Update (2 point)
- How to earn points:
- 2 points for on-time submission of annual advisor contact information
- 1 point for late submissions
- 0 points for update provided for advisors
- Due Date: November 1 or within 14 days of any change in advisor

Council Meeting Attendance (Council-Specific) (4 points)
- NPHC/MGC Delegate Meetings (bi-weekly)
- IFC General Body Meetings (weekly)
- Panhellenic Delegate Meetings (weekly)
- How to earn points:
- Chapter President, representative, or delegate attends event per semester for mandatory attendance.
- 2 points are awarded for 100% representation at all council meetings each semester, for a total of 4 possible points per year.
- If mandatory attendance is not met for council meetings, a chapter can earn 1 point per semester for 1-3 absences from council meetings.
- 0 points for 4+ absences from council meetings.
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1

President Meeting Attendance (4 points)
- Chapter Presidents will meet 1:1 with their specific council advisor/coordinator at least twice per semester.
- How to earn points:
- 2 points for completion of two 1:1 council advisor/chapter president meetings per semester.
- 1 point for completion of one 1:1 council advisor/chapter president meetings per semester.
- 0 points for no 1:1 council advisor/chapter president meetings per semester.
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1
- How to Submit: OFSL will maintain attendance records
FSL Chapter Coaching Meetings (4 total)
- Each chapter, chapter president, executive council, and/or chapter representative will meet with their assigned Chapter Coach (may or may not be the same as their specific council advisor/coordinator) to support and advise assigned chapters through SOFE.
- How to earn points:
- 2 points for completion of 2 coaching meetings per semester
- 1 point for completion of 1 coaching meeting per semester
- 0 points for completion of 0 coaching meetings per semester
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1
- How to Submit: OFSL Chapter Coach will track meetings
FSL Well-Being Team Meetings (4 points)
- Each chapter well-being team member(s), or similar chapter representative, will attend FSL Well-Being Team Meetings and/or meet with the Assistant Director, Education & Member Wellness.
- How to earn points:
- 2 points per semester for attending 3 well-being team member and/or 1:1 meetings per semester with the Assistant Director, Education & Member Wellness.
- 1 points per semester for attending 2 well-being team member and/or 1:1 meetings per semester with the Assistant Director, Education & Member Wellness.
- 0 points for attending 0-1 well-being team member and/or 1:1 meetings per semester with the Assistant Director, Education & Member Wellness.
- Due Date: May 1 or November 1
- How to Submit: OFSL will maintain attendance record
Financial Good Standing (8 points)
- How to earn points:
- 1 point per semester for financial good standing for each of the following: Greek Fee, Infrastructure Fee, Plot Fee, and Council Dues.
- 0 points for financial bad standing with any of the 4 entities.
- Note: Financial Good Standing is defined as being current with payments or not having past-due debt with an entity. Chapters will not be penalized for a fee not applicable to their chapter, such as plot fee.
